Perfect Weekend Getaway
Publié le 15 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was perfect for my husband and I. The main purpose of this trip was visiting Dollywood, and we loved how close we were to the park. The little only downside is not having WiFi or good reception at the cabin, but that was a blessing in disguise. Amazing trip and we will be back!

Ok but not great
Publié le 28 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayCozy little cabin but had plenty of issues. Heart shaped tub only gets a little warm. Jets don’t work very well at all in both the hot tub and tub. Air conditioner never got down below 72. Got a little warm in the cabin and was difficult to sleep one night. No wifi and bad reception. Great for some but we really wanted to research our day but couldn’t because of no WiFi. Don’t remember seeing that in the listing.

We appreciate your comments. However, we are very disappointed to hear that your stay with us was not as exceptional as we would have hoped. We would have loved to have been given the opportunity to take corrective action during your stay. You only mentioned the internet service and as we explained, Comcast is presently installing new service resort-wide and should be completed shortly.
The A/C unit has a brand-new compressor and is functioning fine. The hot tub and jacuzzi tub are both operational as well. We always strive to exceed our guest's expectations and ask to be notified immediately of anything that is not acceptable. We also offer a Money-Back Guarantee. If our cabin doesn't meet our guest's expectations, guests may check out the first night and there will be no charge.

Publié le 24 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayReal close to Dollywood but still in the hills. Quiet area, cool weather, comfortable small cabin with everything we needed. Host was fantastic and helped us when we needed help with a problem. Thanks for an enjoyable week.

Cute place

The bed was comfy and soft, which is a huge plus for us since most places it seems you’re sleeping on a board. The stand up shower was really small and my husband is a big guy but he made it work. Loved waking up to skylights in the morning and rocking chairs while drinking coffee. Limited Verizon cellphone service but we didn’t mind and enjoyed it 😊. Would stay here again.

Perfect location for Dollywood
