Showing wear and tear that should be handled with standard ongoing maintenance. Tub leaking all the time, floor molding and pealing away from wall in bathroom. Sink splatters water everywhere when turned on. Carpets worn and not the cleanest. Bread under the bed. Overall cleaning needs improved. Staff was very helpful and polite.

The beds were hard as plywood. The sink faucet splashed everywhere when turned in. No counterspace in the bathroom. Lots of choices for breakfast, but waa cold.

This place is convenient we drove maybe 20 minutes to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Location wise it was good. The room isnt huge but it worked out for us we didnt really mind it. I loved that i could get coffee all the time. The staff was great id definitely recommend going here it also is budget friendly! This was our first time out in the area so it was good to find a clean place where it was affordable! I definitely would stay here again on our next trip!

Nice place, good breakfast and beds are comfortable. Seemed a little short staffed because there was never one at front when you came in or left or even during breakfast. But when the did come they where very nice and polite. Will definite stay again
