The pool and hot tub were the highlight. The one downfall was that the sofa was broken and needs replaced.

Great Stay

Great weekend at sweet memories
Publié le 28 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty was as listed, amenities were excellent. We really enjoyed the grounds, the fireplace kept the house warm for the most part and the pool was a neat experience for us. Payton was prompt in responding whenever we had questions.

Great Place!
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy significant other and I had an amazing stay here! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and a great place to recharge. We loved being on the south end of Gatlinburg and the easy access to the parkway. All of the amenities were great. We loved the deck and the hot tub! Would be somewhere we would stay again!

Our 25th anniversary getaway!

We recommend putting a roof over hot tub so it can be more useful in the weather. Deck out back could use some repairs. Lots of trip hazards. Pool itself was nice but the concrete outside the pool could really use some cleaning.Inside the couch was broken and we couldn’t enjoy that area at all. The TVs should have all the same channel access and all three of them were different.For the price it could have been better but we made the best of it.

Needs a little bump

Very cozy

Disappointed

This was the first time we stayed in a vrbo.
The cabin has a fantastic Wow Factor.
Here are my comments:
The driveway is a challenge had we not brought a 4 wheel drive vehicle we would not have been able to go up or come down without scraping the bumper. We should have been made aware of that prior to arrival.
The living room area was absolutely useless, we could not sit on the broken recliner loveseat, when we tried it flopped open and made getting up impossible. And the other chair is an office chair not comfortable for relaxing. So we sat at the counter on stools or on the bed. The table and chairs were jammed in the area because the boxes with the repair parts for recliner loveseat took up so much space.
The bed was uncomfortable for us to sleep, not your fault we are used to plush pillow top mattress. But the big problem with sleeping was the outside lights shinning in all night. It was like sleeping on a runway! We discovered to turn them off you had to walk out to the pool building and turn them off there. And then you had to walk back to the cabin in the pitch black which is dangerous. The pool was great.
The shower while beautiful was difficult with the missing floor tile, I actually cut my foot on it while showering.

We're sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with your stay. We do suggest in the listing to bring a 4WD/FWD vehicle in case of inclement weather. We've not heard many complaints about the living room area past the recliner which we're waiting on the repairtech to get to fixing. It does seem like the bed is just a comfort thing, and the pool house light is just meant to be turned off when you're not planning to use the pool house.
