- We are readily available via the VRBO app or email Monday-Saturday 9 am-6 pm and will respond quickly during business hours!
- Rates are subject to change until management confirms your reservation.
- All guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a guardian.
- No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 11AM EST on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
- Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
- If you bring more humans than reflected on your reservation you will automatically be charged $100 per human.
- Maintenance is not available during your stay unless it's an emergency. If something is broken it's because the previous guest didn't tell us. If you see something, Say something.
- No smoking of any kind. $100 fine.
- No fires of any kind including candles. $100 fine.
- Quiet-time is after 9:30 pm. If you are a night owl this property is not for you.
- By confirming your reservation all parties hereby agree to adhere to the attached Rental Agreement.
- Unfortunately, we can not offer early check-in or late check-out. Thanks for looking!
- Electric fireplace is in service October 1 - April 1
- The road to this cabin is easy by mountain standards but if you're from the flatlands you may consider the road to be steep.

Cabin was fantastic. Clean, well managed. Host was extremely responsive. Hot tub was super clean, as was everything else. We brought battery candles to get the candlelight vibe without breaking the policy and it was just a great weekend.

My husband and I stayed in the cabin for five nights for our honeymoon and had a great time! The cabin was perfect for just us two, had all the amenities and was well stocked. The area was quiet and peaceful.

Great Little Getaway Spot
Loved the cabin! Everything was just as stated in the description. The location gave us easy access to the National Park, downtown Pigeon Forge, downtown Gatlinburg, and beautiful Wears Valley. The host was very attentive to details, provided excellent communication prior, during, and after the stay. We’ll definitely be saving this cabin as a favorite and plan to stay again soon.

Cute little one room with bathroom, kitchen, living room, back porch and hot tub. Spent most of the time driving and exploring surrounding attractions (Dollywood, Knoxville, Chattanooga). But always nice to come back and relax in a clean and comfortable cabin.

Amazing Couple Get-Away
My husband and I needed an Adults Only Get-Away. This was the perfect place. So relaxing that neither of us wanted to go back to our every day lives. We will be looking into doing this again in the future. The cabin was appointed just as was listed in the description. All we needed was our personal items and food.

My wife and I rented this cabin for our anniversary. It was secluded enough for us. Yet it was close to the strip. Perfect for a couples getaway. Would recommend to any couple that just wants to get away.

Second Stay as AMAZING as the First
This is the perfect place for a couple to stay outside the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area. Close for attractions and amazing food, but time spent on the deck observing nature is sublime! Clean, cute, everything you need if you don’t want to go to town. Can’t wait for stay THREE! Love this place so much!

The host messaged us after check out and mentioned that they hadn't heard a peep from us during our stay and that's true because everything was PERFECT! The instructions were so thorough and, upon checking in, everything we could've needed was provided for our stay. We had an amazing time and zero complaints, would not hesitate to book again!

We got a code the day before so we could check in early. The place was beautiful. The hill was a bit steep. It was quiet and peacefull and equiped with almost all new amenities (washer, dryer, and dishwasher). Its close enough to town everything is a short drive yet far enough away you don't hear traffic.

Great little cabin, was a little hard to find at night with gps. Not the property owners fault. Bed was a little creaky, but comfortable. Overall would stay here again. Thanks for clean and relaxing enviroment.

Great getaway spot!
We really enjoyed this cabin. It was the perfect size and quiet spot for a getaway. It was about a 15 minute drive back to the parkway in Pigeon Forge. It was easy to access all the things to do in the area, but also felt like we could escape the busyness. Everything was clean and the host was easy to communicate with.

Awesome Single Room Cabin
This single room cabin was perfect for 2 people for a mountain getaway! It's well equipped, clean, comfortable and private. Easy drive into Pigeon Forge or on to Gatlinburg. Luke, the host, was very easy to communicate with both before and during our stay. My one disappointment was the fireplace. Wish it would have looked a little more realistic....but not a huge thing at all....it's just me. I would DEFINITELY recommend this cabin!!

Overall great stay though the hot tub needs to be cleaned more often, if we had not known how to clean it ourselves, it would not have been usable. Hot tub filter should be cleaned (at least sprayed off) after each stay or it should be replaced often. Otherwise the cabin was just as listed!

Secluded getaway in the mountains
Highly recommend this cabin for couples looking for a getaway. We booked this cabin for our an anniversary trip and it was the perfect secluded spot. Great proximity to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Knoxville but honestly we loved the cabin so much we also just chose to stay in. The hot tub was a relaxing bonus to this cabin. It was overall very clean, well appointed and stocked with everything we needed for the week.
