Had such a great time, the location is great and near everything we wanted to do. All the amenities at the resort are great for kids!!!

I did see a roach in the bathroom. The sheets are rough but mattress was comfortable

Great property and location

This was perfect for a few days stay in the Smoky Mountain area. The location was great. Small amount of amenities were provided to get things started. The check-in staff was very helpful and making recommendations. Our arrival was delayed and I was tired so it felt like Check in took a while since this is a time share property. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and we enjoyed the pools and putt putt. I would recommend this property for families especially.

Amazing Views

I wasn't expecting the room to be like an apartment. It was very clean and spacious and the views were beautiful!

Bed bugs and went downhill fast from there. Dissatisfied with entire experience.

Wyndham 1 bedroom suite

It was overall good. The unit was clean. the door (which is the first thing you see) was badly in need of painting or replacement. Kitchen sink was very slow to drain. Close parking was limited and sometimes parked in parking for other buildings. Room was very spacy for a 1 bedroom. We really enjoyed the stay.

No view

We were given a basement condo with no view except for the stairs going up out of the basement. We went to the Smokey Mountains to enjoy the fall weather and look at the mountains. Very disappointed!!
