The property was very nice and the staff from check-in to housekeeping were wonderful. We weren't able to stay the whole time because of the storm moving into the area so we left a day early so we could get home.

Great hotel

I’ve stayed in this hotel before and it gives me the feeling of being home in my bedroom as a child. I believe that is because I use to meet my family from Augusta there on vacation. Like many older places it has a few dimples. Example the bathroom door world not lock and the main door had cracks around the edges needing to be sealed. I’m picky about things like the view out my windows but I can live with the bathroom door not locking. I’ve always felt safe and secured in this hotel and at night with all the twinkling lights it is really pretty! Also I want to say to DJ ( night clerk) thank you so much for helping me when I first arrived getting my reservation straightened out. You went way beyond what most night clerks would have done! I thank you!

Amazing hotel, amazing value
Publié le 17 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel is so clean and smells like apples! The pool areas are nice and clean, the hotel is quiet, the complimentary breakfast is amazing! They had an amazing spread every morning. The staff was all absolutely amazing, Sarah especially was so kind and accommodating, we loved her!
