Triplex au centre de Séville.
La maison se compose de 2 chambres, d'un grand salon avec canapé-lit et d'une terrasse privée.

Cette maison appartenait à Manuel Gonzalez Santos, l'un des plus grands peintres de Séville au XXe siècle, avec des peintures exposées au Musée du Prado.
L'accès à l'appartement se fait par ascenseur ou par escalier.

L'appartement est entièrement équipé et vous vous sentirez comme à la maison.

Il dispose du WIFI gratuit, d'Apple TV et de Netflix gratuit pour nos clients.

Il a 3 étages, au premier étage il y a la cuisine (entièrement équipée), un petit WC et le salon (avec une grande télévision et Apple TV). Dans le salon, nous avons un canapé-lit où 2 adultes peuvent dormir très confortablement.

Au deuxième étage, il y a la chambre principale qui a au plafond une peinture originale réalisée par le propriétaire de la maison, Manuel Gonzalez Santos.
Le lit est king size, 180x200cm. A proximité de cette chambre, il y a une salle de bain complète.

Au troisième étage, il y a une autre chambre avec un lit double (160x200) et une salle de bain complète.

Ici, au troisième étage, il y a l'incroyable terrasse confortable où vous pourrez profiter des meilleurs couchers de soleil de la ville !

Nous proposons un parking avec un coût supplémentaire de 15 euros par nuit, le parking est à 9 minutes à pied de l'appartement. C'est le parking le plus proche du centre piétonnier historique. Parce que la maison est juste au cœur du vieux centre-ville.

L'appartement est juste au cœur de la ville, vous ne pouvez pas être mieux situé. Il est parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied !
Il est situé à proximité des principales attractions de la ville telles que la cathédrale, le palais de l'Alcazar, la Plaza de España, etc.

Le quartier regorge de bars et de restaurants, cependant, la rue où se trouve l'appartement, la Calle Ángeles, est une petite rue piétonne où il n'y a pas de bars, elle est uniquement résidentielle et avec très peu de circulation, donc très calme.

Lovely 3 level apt, with nice terrace view
This was a fabulous location and we loved the terrace view of the cathedral tower. Great restaurants and sights in walking distance. Be mindful of the view into the lower level bathroom from the terrace! We hung a towel on the window to avoid views that family members might have trouble unseeing! Tiniest kitchen ever was functional for snacks, coffee, and laundry, but i wouldn't want to cook in it. I would stay here again.

The check in process was easy, the location was perfect right in the heart of Seville a few steps from the cathedral. My only feedback is that the apartment is a little dated, not like the picture. The a/c in the master bedroom barely work and due to the fact that it was summer it was difficult to sleep. The parking was not included but available at an additional cost.

This historic apartment is in a wonderful location in old Seville. Very walkable with many restaurants and shops nearby and of course the church. The stairs are winding and quite steep, so if someone has knee problems I wouldn’t recommend. The views of the church bell tower at sunset from the rooftop terrace are magical. It was very nice to have a washing machine for laundry, however the refrigerator was not working during our stay which was disappointing. Once that is repaired I would definitely recommend this apartment without reservations.

The location of the apartment is wonderful! You can see La Giralda from the patio and bedroom window. The building is very charming. A few things could use a little updating but overall very nice and I would return.

Wonderful apartment in the middle of Seville
The apartment is walking distance from all of the major attractions, with many restaurant options nearby. The apartment is spacious and very clean, and we appreciated the smart TV and dishwasher. We loved drinking cava on the roof deck. Elena was a warm and responsive host. This was a great base for our trip to Seville.

We just returned from ten days at Calle Angeles 3. In terms of location you could not ask for anything better. To get there was a bit of a challenge. If you are renting a car, park at Interparking Cano y Cueto. It is a 5 minute walk although we did not believe the route due to all of the cobblestone streets so ended up taking an Uber. Ubers cannot go as far so we had to walk with our luggage for the last block. My husband came a couple of days later, took a taxi and got much closer. The host is amazing. We struggled with the directions to get in, and she was completely available to help us. There is a small market around the corner for essentials. My daughter is studying abroad and her housing was a couple of miles away with a larger market so we stalked up there. The views from the roof top were amazing. It is a very walkable city from this location. If you are looking to immerse yourself into Seville this is the place.

Best terrace in the old city
The location of the apartment is perfect for seeing all of the sights of the old city and downtown Sevilla. It's easy walking distance to the historical sights, restaurants and flamenco theaters. Highly recommended and I can't wait to come back.

This property is extremely well situated near the cathedral and in the heart of the center of Seville. The outdoor patio/roof deck is lovely in the evening. We had plenty of space for a family of four.

Very central and can walk anywhere in old town. Note there is parking but is about 10-13 minutes away. So roller bags are a bit rough to take due to cobble streets. This is a small issue compared to the views and location however.

Right in the heart of Seville
If you want to be in the middle of Seville and have a quick walk to every sight this is the place to stay! But don’t drive in Seville. The owners have great communication and we were forewarned about the streets, they gave us directions to drop off luggage and how to get to the parking garage but google maps failed us. If you drive just go to the garage and walk with your luggage, that’s what we did when we left sooo much easier. The apartment is great, 3 levels and the stairs are steep and curved so we left our luggage downstairs. Air conditioning worked great as Seville was close to 100 degrees, it was needed. Beds were firm, king in the master on the second floor, double on the top floor, with the patio with the most beautiful views ( picture is correct with the view, but table and seating needs to be updated, a little worn out from the sun) but it was too hot to enjoy. A little ant problem on the 3rd floor, which was surprising but managed. A fantastic place great location but go directly to the free parking if you drive in.

Perfecta estancia en una preciosa casa ubicada en pleno corazón de Sevilla. Teníamos la Catedral justo al lado! Pero en una calle peatonal y muy tranquila; muy silencioso. Perfecto ! Lovely apartment in a great location
We were met promptly by the manager and the check in process was easy. The apartment is located in a pedestrian lane just yards from the cathedral in a traditional house. Despite being so close to everything once you are inside it is very quiet and peaceful. The small roof terrace is great. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and would stay here again.

Nice big rooms with high quality furniture, owners easy to get information from. One thing I did learn the hard way - do NOT follow Google maps to drive to the apartment, unless you are driving a Mini or Smart Car. The central city roads are too narrow and one way. Good thing I bought the rental car insurance.

Excellent location
We were very happy with this choice for our stay in Seville. It’s on a quiet street very close to the cathedral and other important sights as well as lots of restaurants from which to choose. The property was clean, in excellent condition, and had good air conditioning. The master bedroom on the second floor is large with its own bath. The second bedroom on the third floor is small, no room to store luggage, but also has a bath. From the third floor you can access a small terrace which was nice at night with a lovely view. Communication with the owner was friendly and prompt. She even made a reservation for us to see authentic flamenco. Since we arrived by car, the only downside was a considerable amount of walking between the parking garage and the property. It was somewhat difficult with luggage. But a representative met us near the garage and guided our way. All in all, we highly recommend this property in Seville.
