Apartment located in the stately neighborhood between Santa Cruz and Plaza del Salvador.
It is a very nice area full of charming places, such as the Cathedral, La Giralda, Royal Alcaceres, Patio de los Naranjos, etc., all this can be found just 250 meters from the apartment.
The Barrio de Santa Cruz is next to Triana one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Seville, which is formed by a labyrinth of typical and narrow streets full of architectural treasures, its patios full of flowers, the murmur of its fountains and the orange blossom aroma.
In the surroundings of the building you can find bars and terraces where you can taste the gastronomy of our land, sitting outdoors enjoying our magnificent climate.
They do not need to use a car, everything they need is located a few meters away.

We offer you an elegant apartment of 75 meters, located in a typical Sevillian house, it is composed of a large bedroom decorated in vintage style, a bed of 1,50m x 2m, high quality sheets. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for two people, TV 40 ", table for 4 people, The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of utensils and even a Dolce Gusto Coffee, a warm and pleasant bathroom, and finally the best of the apartment is its large private patio, where you can spend pleasant evenings with your friends or family. Air conditioning, Wifi.
It is a cozy apartment, we have chosen your furniture with taste and love.
From your main balcony overlooking the typical and famous Calle Francos, you can enjoy Easter as all the brotherhoods pass through this street. A unique place to remember.

Idéalement situé dans le quartier historique
Cet appartement est grand, largement fenestré et décoré avec goût. Il est situé à quelques pas de plusieurs lieux d'intérêt, dont la Place Alfalfa où nous avons pris plusieurs repas (déjeuners, pause pour une bière durant l'après-midi, tapas vers 18:00 hres et soupers à compter de 20:00 hres. Avons apprécié la proximité d'une grande épicerie. La communication avec la propriétaire fut très facile. À recommander.

Perfectly located!
This flat is perfectly located in the old town of Seville, in walking distance from many attractions. Very convenient! In terms of comfort, the flat is quite modern with recent appliances but the mattress would need to be refreshed and the air conditioning in the kitchen to be fixed, it is working but it’s leaking on the floor.

Très, très bien placé au centre historique de Séville, très bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable ce vaste deux pièces est un bon choix pour visiter Séville. La chambre avec un petit balcon donne sur la rue qui n'était pas bruyante lors de notre séjour fin février. Le séjour et le patio donne dans une étroite cour intérieure.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seville! The apartment was spacious, clean, and centrally located. The AC worked very well and quickly cooled the space despite the 40 degree temperatures. We loved having access to the fridge and the convenience of the supermarket next door! Seville is a must visit destination and I would highly recommend this accommodation!

Beware
Seville is a beautiful and very special city, don't ruin your stay by staying in this flat. We did not hear from them after numerous attempts, until 11am on our day of arrival which created much anxiety. The flat is at the end of an alley that is full of garbage and uncomfortable entering at night. When we met the staff member there our first day, some questionables had their car parked in the alley and were smoking pot. When we entered the courtyard, and throughout our stay, it smelled of open sewer. As we were leaving on our last day, staff was mopping up with a very heavy perfumey substance to cover the smell. When we entered the flat, we thought it was spacious but "decorated" with a mish-mash of thrift store oddities. The bedroom pocket door did not close so it was hard to keep the room cool. There were 4 or 5 tall stairs from the bedroom to the bathroom not shown in the pictures which have to be navigated without a handrail which was quite difficult at night and VERY DANGEROUS after the a/c was leaking all over the stairs and floor which caused me to slip and almost fall. The a/c in the living area also leaked large pools all over the floor. When we contacted them to complain, they told us it had not been reported before, rather than "We're very sorry we will send maintenance" Shes trying to charge us forlocksmithwhenweleftkeys!

The apartment was in the perfect location with a well stocked supermarket next door. The host provided very useful video on how to find the apartment and the check-in process was very easy. The apartment is spacious with a great kitchen for those who like to cook.

Apartment was exactly as advertised and it looked the same in reality as it looked in the photos. There was a little noise from the street but was expecting that after all you are in the city,enjoyed standing on the balcony watching the people and listening to the Swifts. Wonderful Apartment in Perfect Location
Beautiful 1 bedroom multilevel apartment. Large living/kitchen area and outside sitting area. Very large bedroom is a couple steps down with french balcony overlooking busy pedestrian shopping area. Plenty of food and shops with steps of the apartment. Plus, the central location is within walking distance of everything you will want to see with the Centro district. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful apartment, and we appreciated the chocolate left for us. The location is excellent and check in was smooth. Note that there is no door on the bedroom and several very slick marble steps down to the bedroom, as well as one additional step in the apartment - may not be the best for people with balance issues or if one person is trying to sleep while someone else is watching TV.

This is a lovely apartment close to a great Mercado, local coffee spot and neighborhood bar/tapas place. Victoria has a very seamless check-in process and he is very helpful , answering questions very promptly. The property had everything we needed in terms of equipment. The design of your furniture and kitchen were second to none. I would recommend this property to any couples wanting a comfortable stay in Sevilla I highly recommend this as a home base for Sevilla.

Disappointed!!!
Our biggest disappointment was check in. A gentleman met us, showed us how to get into the apartment, handed us the keys and left. Not only did he not explain anything about the apartment, there is no book, sheet or anything that describes how to use appliances, washing machine or anything. The choice of the location I will take some of the responsibility for, but I do want to warn anyone renting that due to the noise factor, lots of times until 3 in the a.m., you won’t get much sleep. The outside sitting patio that in the picture looks so inviting…..isn’t. It smells bad, a spoiled odor and the cover over the entire space is filty. Consequently, we felt very closed in, in a dark apartment. I don’t mean to be so opinionated, but my husband and I had a home we rented through VRBO for years and I know the importance of detail and not describing something that isn’t real. Also, the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped. We had come from an apartment in Torromolinos before Seville and were so happy that the owners had put together instructions in a booklet, in English, for the use of everything, the information on the manager for questions, and a welcome letter.

Magical memories in Seville❣️
From the moment of booking this apartment, the communication was prompt and friendly. The apartment is actually even nicer in person, and in the heart of the old town district. It was my own little slice of paradise, with all of the major attractions in Seville within 5-15 minutes walking distance. As well as having some of the best restaurants at your door step, there is a well stocked grocery store literally right next to the apartment building that has a wonderful selection of meats, cheeses, wines and basic needs. The design of the apartment is bright and a delight to come back to after a full day of site seeing with a wonderful seating area that makes you want to entertain. The only complaint I have, is that I did not book for a longer stay❣️ Definitely coming back to this property the next time I’m in Seville, and making sure I book it for a longer holiday this time🥰🥂

Large well-located apartment, very nice
We truly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is quite large with a kitchen/dining/livoing room, a large entry with a comfortable chair and a bedroom. The bedroom has a balcony overlooking the street one floor above. There is also a very private patio that has walls on 2 sides and large patio doors to your apartment on two sides and located below 2 other aparrtments in a bit of a chute. You can look up and see the sky but it is in a verticle tunnel. It is a very nice feature. The kitchen is nicely equipped. There is laundry but no dishwasher. Has 2 mini-split air conditioners. The bathroom is very nice, good water pressure. Comfortable bed. Weird single pillow that spans the entire width of the bed. The negatives are that the dining room chairs are falling apart, need to be replaced or properly repaired and the odd pillow. There is an elevator if you need it. The location is in the center of everything, truly great. The property manager is excellent. Very informative, excellent English, on time, made things very easy. We reccomend this apartment.

Very happy with our stay here. The apartment was perfect, very central and easy walk to all the sights and restaurants. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed and a comfy bed. Check in was easy as was booking and we had to change our booking several times due to Covid. Each time was a breeze. Only negative was the noise from the street being so central. But not really an issue as everything was so convenient. Would recommend.
