Very friendly check-in. Free upgrade. Close the the old town. They are renovating but we were not disturbed. Our room was new, very comfortable and clean with excellent finishes.

Seville has an odor. It’s really notable on the drive in from the south, but certain toilets also catch a backdraft of sewer smell. We found this hotel last minute after getting a refund on an Airbnb which smelled like a sewer. The staff helped find two rooms on NYE. A young dark haired woman was especially helpful, a real hospitality pro that you knew wanted to be there. Staff delivered treats to the rooms. Rooms were spacious and quiet (facing internal courtyard), breakfast amazing (the OJ is squeezed right in front of you). Access to river excellent, and it’s only a 10 minute walk to the cathedral and all. One room smelled normal, but that same funk crept up to our bathroom in the second room. We mentioned it to the desk but it really didn’t help. Had to use air freshener to cover it.

Assigned a room that does not match picture online

We stayed for three days in this hotel. We were provided with a room that does NOT look like the one shown on hotels.com where we booked the room. We booked a room with twin bed and an extra bed but we got a room unlike the picture hotels.com website reveals for that category of room. Instead, the room we got is cramped and small, without any table/desk or bed at all. It is clearly a standard room (on the small side even for a standard room). With the extra bed installed, there is barely room to turn around in that unit.

Excellent hotel in a great location.

Excellent stay even though there is some remodeling going on. New soundproofing is remarkably good. Very comfortable room, bed and bathroom feel luxurious. Looking forward to seeing all the improvements in the future

Fantastic room, free tea coffee & 2 x bottles of water. All staff very friendly. Coffee room is temporarily while building work is being done and is a disappointment. Small & very little choice of pastries. I would still recommend this hotel though.

Lovely Room but refurb of other areas was a pity

The room was very nice, very new and modern. Only downside was the hotel is being re-furbished so there was no bar, dining room was small and breakfast was not good value for the money charged.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation so we were upgraded to one of the new rooms which was nice and modern. The buffet breakfast also had a good variety of food options. The hotel is in a good location, 15-20 minute walk to the Cathedral and other tourist attractions, and 10 minute walk across the bridge to Triana area. There is a good selection of restaurants and tapas bars across the road.

PROS Well located within easy walk of all major sites, shopping and many restaurants. Attractive roof top terrace (very small pool but great views and deck chairs) and good breakfast selection with fresh ground coffee machines. Deluxe exterior rooms are a decent size. CONS lobby and breakfast area disappointing - not comfortable or attractive. Real mixture of rooms - some modernised and some old fashioned but both lacking in warmth. Hotel feels a bit disjointed as many rooms are in the annex and some are overlooking an internal courtyard with little natural light. Staff not over friendly.
