Perfection
Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy son is a Penn State exchange student in Seville. We went over to visit him for a week and this was the perfect place. It was uniquely lovely. Our party was two 50 year olds and two 75 year olds. The elevator came in handy! It was clean and bright and the rooftop was such a great place to hang out. Plenty of bathrooms, the rooms were cozy, the living space was updated and everything we needed. You can’t beat the location. We loved it.

Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWould definitely stay here again. Great location - very walkable to all the major tourist destinations, shops, and restaurants. Apartment is clean and nice. Coordinating access was easy. We didn’t get to use it, but there’s a roof top terrace, complete with a small kitchen and shower, for sunbathing. Note there are quite a lot of stairs, if you have mobility issues.

The property was great for our family of 6 (3 adults, 3 kids). The managers responded to any issues in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stay and the location was very convenient for all of our activities while in Sevilla.

The host was very helpful and would respond very quickly to any issues, but the lift was not working upon arrival and we spent a few hours with the engineer trying to get this sorted. The property was not as clean as we would have liked and we had a pest problem with many flies in the downstairs bedroom and bathrooms.
