On the first floor we have: -Bedroom 1 with king size bed (1. 50m x 1. 90m) -Generous open plan modern kitchen dinner and lounge area which is great for family / friends entertaining and hang out together. We have brought the old walls and you can see the unique and original bricks of the house. It has a pleasant space that will make you feel at home. -Bathroom with a walk-in shower.
On the second floor we have: -Two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 with a king size bed (1.50m x 2m) floor to ceiling balcony overlooking the famous street, Calle Castilla, table and two chairs. Bedroom 3 which has 2 single beds (0. 90m x 2m). -Fully equipped bathroom with a walk in double shower. -Laundry cupboard with washing machine, cleaning utensils and products.
From this second floor we have access to one of the beautiful terraces from where we access to the third floor which is our gorgeous very large roof terrace, one of the amazing points of this property, the highlight! With a seating area where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest al fresco, enjoy a nice breakfast or a great dinner after visiting the city.
We will do our best for you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Seville.
Accommodation
Our beautiful house is divided into 3 floors.
- In the first one you can enjoy 1 bedroom with a double bed.
A dining room from which we can see the Kitchen, and which, together with the original brick wall of the house, creates a unique and pleasant space that will make you feel at home.
This floor also contains a fully equipped bathroom.
- On the second floor we have two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
On this second floor we also have a bathroom equally equipped as the previous one.
To finish with the 2nd floor, one of the attractions of the house, a beautiful terrace from which we will access the third and last floor, which is another beautiful terrace where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest outdoors.
In it we wish you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Seville. We will put all our attention and love to make it so.

A weekend in Triana
The location of this property is very central, and it was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go.The neighborhood is lively, with lots of night life. The only challenge was parking, which is at a premium in the area.The property was very well laid out and extremely efficient and clean. Perfection in Traina
My husband, two teenage daughter and I just enjoyed a week in Seville, staying in Samuel's beautiful apartment. From the start he was welcoming and wonderful - allowing us an early check in with a bowl of fresh fruit, bread, milk, coffee, tea and wine to greet us. The apartment is in a wonderful location and it is absolutely gorgeous. We have been fortunate to travel abroad staying numerous rental apartments and this place has now topped our list. It is comfortable, clean and well-located. We were able to walk to all the sites of Seville with the apartment being close enough for us to take a mid-day rest before head out for the evening. Thank you for offering your delightful apartment, we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Triana was terrific
We four adults stayed in this gem of a rental and not a detail has been overlooked! Wine and fruit upon arrival, clear instructions and many a siesta turned happy hours on the roof top terrace. A short walk over the bridge to many sites, and loads of places to eat and drink close by. Highly recommend this booking.

The unit was so great with two bathrooms and the rooftop was great! It is in a great location, convenient to walk to sights and a quick cab ride to train station. It is located above a restaurant and bar so it’s a bit noisy until midnight. If you do as the locals do, this is not a problem as dinners are eaten late so bedtime is late as well.

Beautiful stay in warm Seville
We had a wonderful time staying in this house in the neighborhood of Triana. it was really close to the Triana marketplace and had good access to tax stops if you need to get anywhere within Seville. The home is very beautifully decorated and thought out when it comes to outlets, layout, balcony, and terraces. And we just really love the vibe of the amenities of the home. It’s also conveniently located above a bar so you can leave part of your party in the home while the adults go downstairs to drink and snack a bit. Our host was wonderful, leaving welcome snacks, and drinks as well as plenty towels and bathroom toiletries for guests. We were very pleased to see that they even went ahead and set up our baby cot in the bedroom, ready for us when we arrived, as well as a chair in the kitchen. The host went really above and beyond to provide us with so much information about the neighborhood as well as Seville. We really did have a wonderful stay at this home. Would highly recommend this home for any family!

family trip - great place to stay
We had a wonderful time at this place. The unit was as advertised and great. The location was perfect as we could take a quick walk to be in the middle of a lot of activity near the bridge - restaurants, markets, cafes, shops. The manager of the bar on the ground level was very friendly and we said hi to him every time we came back to our unit. One evening we had a couple hours of down time and we let the kids rest in the room while we had a beer and chatted with him for two hours. Also, our first day there our son was feeling ill, and I found a clinic within about a 5 minute walk that checked him out and tested him for strep throat, etc. He was fine, but it was nice to have that place so close by. We got very lucky and found a parking spot right in front of our unit on the street and simply left our car for our entire 3 day stay in Seville.
Had no issues at all with this place and think we may try to stay here again down the road. Highly recommend.

Perfect family accommodations in Triana
This was the perfect location for a family of 5 to enjoy the spectacular city of Sevilla. The neighborhood was clean and safe and we enjoyed all that Triana offers, all within a reasonable walking distance from the house. We were welcomed into the home with a basket of fruit, loaf of bread and bottle of wine. The home was clean and the pictures fairly represented the decor. The rooftop was great and our family of five was very comfortable. Communication with the owners was exceptional. They always responded immediately and were a great resource to us for guidance on sight seeing and things to do in the neighborhood. The walk across the bridge into the city center was manageable. We walked from the home to Alcazar/Cathedral area, Plaza de Espana and back though Triana neighborhood with ease. Unless you want to stay in the city center, I highly recommend this property.

Spacious and lovely
The property was just as advertised. Two spacious king bedrooms, and a third room with two twin beds. Two large and well appointed bathrooms, and a well appointed kitchen. A relaxing roof deck to have a glass of wine at the end of the day or coffee in the morning! The hosts left us lots of goodies to eat. The location is in the trendy, Triana neighborhood, a reasonable walking distance to everything with lots of excellent restaurants very close by.

Great property and was very clean and updated . Location was nice in proximity to the center of Seville. However, the bar below the apartment definitely had a negative impact on our experience. They played their music so loud it was heard throughout the entire apartment and some nights until 1am. We all enjoyed Seville and would return, but due to the unfortunate noise below this apartment would look elsewhere to stay. Owners of the apartment were great to communicate with before hand, in planning our arrival details. Seville is great and would recommend visiting, if you don’t mind blaring music all night till 1am this apartment is great.

A lovely space for a relaxing trip!
The property was so beautiful, we lived relaxing in the upstairs terrace and there was plenty of room for all 6 of us. We didn’t get to spend much time in the Triana neighbourhood as we were here for a wedding but we used the nearby like bikes to get in and around the city each day!

This place was wonderful. It is located a bit away from the busy tourist area so it was quiet and the upstairs balcony was a restful haven for siesta's.
