Le coût inclut le petit-déjeuner. Il n’y a pas de petit-déjeuner. L’hébergement nous offre une barre tendre et des beignets sucrés et du café. Ce n’est pas ce que j’appelle un petit-déjeuner. C’est de la publicité trompeuse. Donc, si vous choisissez cette hôtel, c’est pour l’emplacement et l’accessibilité seulement. Vous allez devoir allez déjeuner quelques part.

Pour : Prix très abordable. Sécuritaire. Stationnement gratuit.
Emplacement : Situé à +/- 15 minutes des Lodi Station Outlets. La ville de Medina est également située à +/- 15 minutes et offre un choix intéressant de restaurants
Nous sommes resté à cet hôtel en banlieue de Cleveland afin de nous rendre aux Lodi Station Outlets. Nous avons été très satisfait de notre bref séjour, particulièrement en considérant le prix très abordable de la chambre.
L'hôtel était bien entretenu et le service courtois. Le déjeuner était inclu et très adéquat. La chambre était propre et confortable. Nous étions situé au deuxième étage à l'arrière de l'hôtel avec une vue sur un petit boisé. Le stationnement et le WIFI sont gratuits. À noter qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenceur, ce qui n'était toutefois pas un problème pour nous.

Somewhat disappointing.

The only thing that I noticed that could be a problem to some people was the quality of the towels and bedsheet. Some of the towels were thin and worn. Our top bedsheet had quite a few areas that were very thin. If you put your foot in the right place, you could push your toes through. I was very surprised at this. The pillows and the mattress were very comfortable . I could hear the conversation in the room next-door because of the thin walls. Overall, our stay was good.

The location was convenient, right off the highway with gas and food right there. The room was ok, however, it was very noisy. Doors slamming at all hours, a dog barking across the hall (even though there was a no dog policy), a loud alarm went off at 2:30am one night for a few minutes, there was always some noise at night when trying to sleep. Worst of all was the $2600 hold on my credit card for a $260 total stay, absolutely absurd and I was never told there would be that much of a hold. 4 days after check out and it still hasn't dropped off. Not the worst place ever but could certainly have found somewhere better for a similar price.

It was comfortable and clean. We had a handicap assessable room. One thing I would suggest my husband is legally blind, And in the bathroom, the sign by the phone wasn’t very big and I’m sure someone with no eyesight would really have a hard time if they had an accident in there and had to call the desk. Just a suggestion. At 1:30 in the morning, the fire alarm went off I looked outside in the hall. Nobody else was moving. I didn’t smell any smoke or anything so I didn’t do anything. The alarm did finally go off But there was never any notification from staff that their had been a problem. To some people that could’ve been scary.
A phone call to the room could have been made because the alarm would have everybody awake. Again, just a suggestion.
