Great views and location. Apartment was super clean. Parking is convenient, bedding was comfortable. Walkable to dining options

The place was clean, convenient, and cute. It was a comfortable stay there just a few items in the place that could use some repairs or rejuvenating. There was a great view and you could walk to the restaurants and docks in Seward. For light sleepers, the walls are thin and there are only blinds no curtains to keep light out.

We enjoyed the second floor apartment. The view was great across the bay. The first floor would have had view of campers at the bay. We enjoyed the unique decor.
The guys had trouble with the TV. Sometimes the sound was garbled.

They expect u clean up everything, otherwise they will charge, manager not clear on given Instructions, need multiple calls to get cleared.
We are on vacation , not doing house keeping

We are surprised that you made this comment on cleaning the unit. We would not want anyone to know we left a place like that if it was avoidable. Let us explain the situation. This is what the place looked like. It looked like someone took a bag of chips, smashed them up, put them on the kitchen counter and set up a fan to spread them all over the kitchen and living area. But that was not a problem for us. The only thing we ask when people check out is that they leave the kitchen in order. It looked like someone took flour and spread a heavy coat of it all over the kitchen counter. Plus dishes were put away that were not clean. The instructions that they are saying were not clear was that when they asked to use the laundry, they were told they could use it between 5:00pm and 10:00pm. Plus they needed to let us know the day they needed to use it. They were upset because they tried to use it before 5:00 pm and they did not let us know they needed it that day. This information was all in writing in an email when they asked how to get access to the laundry 2 days before they arrived. Also our laundry is 5.00 for a wash and dry on the honor system. When we asked how many loads they did because no money was left, they indicated they knew about the charge, but did not pay it. This kind of disrespect leads to no more laundry for other guests. Sorry, but this is what we found after they checked out. No one asked them to clean up everything, only to leave the kitchen as they had found it.

Great location in Seward. Plenty of space. Comfortable beds. Excellent water pressure. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
