Maintenance issues aren't fun. First, the window latch on the room was broken. No way to secure the window if we left the room. The sink wouldn't drain unless you lifted up the plug. The shower didn't drain unless you held the plug open with your toe. Other than that, the front desk at a 9pm check-in was outstanding. That alone made our stay bearable.

Woke up at 4:15 in the morning and flipped on the light to see bed bugs. Had to check out immediately and destroy my belongings. Was barely offered an apology and comping my room wasn't much help

We're sorry that you had a poor experience with summer pest, however we have had a full inspection which resulted in zero evidence of bed bugs being found. We have had our Ecolab Pest crew perform extra treatments for the summer pest as well! Please reach out to us directly if you have any other questions or concerns!

Nice option for stay in Seward
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HotelsOur stay was pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was decent for a small continental style meal. We were disappointed that the pool was not in service though. Would stay again if in town.
