Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWell maintained property, well appointed. Gracious space from people-y places. We already miss the patio and surrounding native plants and birds! Close enough to Exit Glacier and Seward for whatever day trip you might plan and still kick your feet up at night!

Charming with loads of character

Loved This Beautiful, Cozy Cottage in the Woods!
Publié le 24 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place was everything the website described! We stayed here a group of 4 (two adult couples), and this was perfect! We were secluded in the woods, very private! Yet it was a short and easy drive into Seward! We enjoyed a beautiful evening sitting out on the front porch sipping wine and watching for wildlife, which we never did see during our stay. Everything we needed was supplied in the kitchen and bathrooms. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and we would stay again if we ever ventured back to Alaska! Communication with the host was excellent starting when we booked our stay, with ideas of things to do and recommendations for excursions from Seward.

There was a problem with the door lock, but the owner was very responsive and fixed the issue in a very prompt manner. Would definitely stay here again!
