All good except breakfast was not the best.
Hope they have more and better selections

Good choice in Shanghai

They do not provide any disposable amenities like shower cap, toothbrush etc...but there r free soft drinks ,coffee tea n bottle water. Excellent condition of room too n its location is conveniently located next to a mall with supermarkets n many restaurants

Do not provide disposable daily necessities such as toothbrushes, combs, bath scrubs, razors, nail files, shoe polishes, etc. anymore. The artyzen habitat was amazing! Cannot say enough great things and make you feel like you deserve the best. It is beautiful, clean, right beside a big mall full of dining options and close by to the metro.
The front desk staff are very helpful, but especially Ella. She is the kindest lady and goes above and beyond with her customer service that makes you feel like you have a friend and are taken care of. She took care of us with any of our questions on directions, and help us get diapers by ordering online as getting thing can somwtimes get trick for foreigners.
It is a bit tricky to get to so make sure you give taxi drivers the address and ask them to call the front desk for any questions on finding the place. Also take advance of the front desk of walking directions to things around there.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone heading around HongQiao area, and would definitely stay again and again.
