Very convenient location, friendly staff with sometimes a bit of difficulty with English.

Never again!

Mon Dieu...en sortant de l'hôtel, vous vous faites accoster par des rabatteurs qui vous emmènent dans des clubs et vous proposent des services et produits illicites, puis vous extorquent de force de l'argen! (3000€!!) ils agissent en toute impunité devant l'hôtel et la police ne fait rien!!

There are 2 types of rooms (old and reniewed). Hotel staff is giving the old rooms to the people booking on hotel.com and keep the reniewed rooms for people booking directly with the hotel. Minibar not refilled. Door man for taxi service is not effcient at all. I had to wait 45 min for a taxi that refuse to take me because he did not know the place and the door man left me to go smoking, no apologize, no help. I asked for a non smoking room and I got a smoking room. Just came out from taxi, a hooker open me the door to propose massage.

When you book with hotel.com, the staff gives you old room and sometimes they do not give same grade as you booked. They say that it was a mistake due to overbooking reservation. My company phoned the hotel and 5 minutes after they got a room at the same grade as I booked. The hotel is not playing in the rules. Taxi service in the morning is very bad. The guy is not trying to get any taxi for you. He is just smoking and using his phone. Front desk staff is not kind at all. Every time you ask something you have feeling you disturb them and you are not welcome. Minibar is not refilled from one day to antother and so some days they count you some drinks but of course you did not drink because it was not in the minibar. Only good service is the buffet. Good choice of food, and staff is very kind. All the rest need some serious improvement.

Nice hotel in center

Hotel general is nice. Dining and breakfast is a bit expensive but it worths it. Bedroom are wide and comfortable but the shower room is old. Staff is not always friendly. Depends on the people.

Even though I didn't use it and I wasn't in the hotel at that time, they charged me for the room charge for coffee wrongly.
