Très bel hôtel, rien à dire de la chambre et du buffet du petit déjeuner. Merci pour l’upgrade accordé à notre arrivée. Seul bémol le personnel qui ne parle pas anglais et les rares personnes qui le parle communique de manière basique.

The building / room is as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. What really sets it apart is the incredible staff and remarkable breakfast. Worth every penny and the perfect place to stay if you would like to treat yourself in Shanghai.
