I encountered problems during the check-in as the front desk could not find my booking. The staff Mr Dancer WU was patiently helping me to find out the problem after I showed the booking confirmation by my mobilephone. After his effort, Mr WU and his colleagues finally found my booking and successfully checked in for me. Mr WU even upgraded my room. Thank you very much for his excellent service and the help of his colleagues.
However, for the service from Hotels. com, It was not up to my expectation as I only got some standard responses from AI when I wanted to seek assistance during the check in.

The hotel located in the old business district, very convenient to local restaurants. The dessert offered at night is delicious.

感覺頗差
Publié le 1 nov. 2020 sur Hotels前台服務態度很好，房間整潔度可以，唯房間硬件設施十分差，一入到房間視覺感覺不舒服，殘殘舊舊，性價比很低，不明白為何評分會這麼高。硬件設計跟不上現代酒店節奏，如不改變等著被淘汰。

Good, not luxury Chinese hotel

- Clean
- Big and clean Gym/Swimming Pool
- 23rd Floor 360 view restaurant
- Location (lively neighbourhood, not too far from St Joseph Church and the Old town by cab)
- Staff speaks basic english
- Large windows in the room
Soso:
- Breakfast is not great. Better than most Chinese hotels (has bacon and red beans) but not great.
- Decoration is the regular Chinese hotel style. Not a fan. But clean and proper.
- Rooms are not big, not small. Just normal

房間寬敞，地方闊落，一切設備很齊全，特別是廁所很大。酒店員工服務親切，有禮貌和很細心。酒店位置也很好，交通甚為方便。

非常不错的酒店

服务态度差，老旧，破败，卫生条件欠佳，价格贵的离谱，最糟的是宰客的态度，强烈建议不要入住，否则所有心情都会被破坏

前台check in找不到紀錄，就算提供確認号碼也找了一輪!
房房間清潔度一般，有咖啡機但找不到咖啡杯，問完才告知用手拿住高身水杯斜放装咖啡!
行政樓層專用Iounge，接待小姐冷漠，食品種類少，4pm-7pm的下午茶不值一試。反而每晚送到房間的糖水，值得一讚!

Check in時找不到預訂紀錄，而且態度比較冷淡，完全不合格。反而house keeping對要求的回應快速，值得一讚。早餐一般，人多混亂! Lounage的接待小姐也是冷冷的黑面，食物種類少，唯一好處是無人，所以清靜! 不值入住行政樓層。 4F潮式酒家食品及服務一流，員工細心體貼!由安排入座至離開都稱心滿意!
