Called down to desk to get an extra blanket. The clerk was very rude started asking how many people in the room, I told her 4 .she checked us in so she knew. Then I asked why she said for security. I told her I gave her my id when we checked in. She was talking to someone in the background. She told me I could just leave. I have never treated this rudely. Not enough space for whole story.

the place was out dated the air condition was push button and thur night my room had gotten warm . no pool so out dated and they had no idea when they would ever updated the place wasnt worth stay . was a really nice car event there close ' people all over the us but not a enough nice hotels for sure in area. the breakfast wasnt great . this is not great at all . too many nice hotels at there and this wasnt it . i would like my money put bake on my card for sure. mark scherbaum

The pool was down for maintenance while we were there. They do not have an elevator. This wasn't a big problem for us since we have no problem with stairs, but I was glad we didn't have much luggage. The bathroom faucet had reduced water flow which kinda sprayed sideways. I tried to clean it the aerator but couldn't.

The motel needs serious updating. Paint is chipped, room smelled musty, air did not work properly, very limited space for the breakfast, swimming pool was closed, (which we found out has been since 2020.) Traveled with a group and no one was happy with the accommodations.

I would not call this facility Quality at all. Carpets were filthy. trash and food under edge of bed on floor. Bath tub had rusty fittings. Bed comforter was dirty. Wanted $50 to check in 30 minutes early. I was not the only one with issues. A customer of mine refused to stay for two nights and found another hotel and he was charged $100 to leave. Ridiculous!!

Unfortunately the pool was closed, our main reason of booking the hotel. But the woman at the desk did everything she could to help and was super awesome. Breakfast was great
