Renovated 3BR/2bath Ranch Near Hospital-Ideal for Families & Medical Stays

Recently renovated, this 3-bedroom ranch-style home boasts a modern design, distinguishing itself from our other properties. It features a one and a half-car garage, two bathrooms, and a spacious fenced-in yard. The interior has been upgraded with new hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets, and front-facing windows. Two fireplaces with fireplace glass add to the cozy atmosphere. As our newest VRBO, we also have amazing mattresses that guests ask what brand it is. The removal of walls creates an open concept in the dining, kitchen, and living areas. The custom-made sofas from Floyd and two comfy barrel chairs offer ample seating. The laundry is conveniently located on the main floor, and guests have the option to park in the garage. Since I love to cook, the house has all kinds of small appliances (two types of coffee makers-regular & Keurig plus a small air fryer) and cooking utensils. The TV is a Smart TV with an antenna, connected to high-speed internet, Roku, and DVR. It includes all local channels and allows for recording and access to popular streaming apps like Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon.

We thoroughly clean and sanitize all bedding, including quilts and mattress protectors, between guests. For a contactless check-in process, we provide a smart lock with a unique code for each guest.

Our home is just a short 5-minute drive from the highway, making it convenient for guests traveling to downtown or the Plaza area. It is also within 1.5 miles from Advent Health Hospital and 8 miles from KU Medical Center. Sports fans will appreciate that we are only 19 miles from Arrowhead Stadium (Go Chiefs!) and Kauffman Stadium.

We are experienced superhosts and take pride in ensuring that this property is just as comfortable and enjoyable as our other three properties in Johnson County and one in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Many of our guests return and even reach out to inquire about the availability of our other properties for their next stay.

Please note that for safety purposes, we have a ring doorbell at the front door, but we do not use it to monitor our guests. We only use it if we have concerns about the condition of the house after a guest's stay.

Excellent Stay!
This house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The garage is a definite plus! Deb has ensured that the house is very clean, decorated, and comfortable. We did not need the backyard but if that’s important to you, it is not convenient access. There’s a lower level of the house that is not accessible. The grill & patio are outside that level. It can be accessed by an outdoor walk around. Otherwise, we highly recommend this house!

We were fortunate to find this home for our family time together. The location offers easy access to restaurants, shopping, and major roadways. We found the neighborhood to be quaint and quiet. The home has plenty of seating in the living room and furnishings are shown well in the profile pictures. I would absolutely book this house again in the future!

Best VRBO !
This was the best VRBO I've ever stayed in. It was very clean, modern, and the kitchen was so well stocked that we could actually cook and eat there. The furniture was comfortable and the TV had tons of viewing choices. It was in a great location, and the neighborhood was safe and very pretty. The owner was very responsive to our needs and willing to work with us after we faced a family emergency.

Fantastic!
This house was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The host is quick to reply if needed. The neighborhood was very nice and the neighbors were friendly too. We especially appreciated the two sofas at the end of the day, one for each of us to lay down on to watch a little TV. We will definitely stay here again!!

This was my family’s first time using a vacation rental property, and I’m happy to say it was a pleasant experience. Home was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Just Perfect!
Great property with a big fenced in yard - wonderful for our fur kids! Having a garage was helpful, as well All the standard amenities made our stay easy and communication with owner was timely/responsive. This is an awesome house!! Very nicely decorated and had everything anyone would need. Nice big fenced back yard for our 2 fur babies. Great location! Love this house!
This was my second stay here. The location is very convenient to my elderly parents' home not to mention 15 minutes from the Plaza and downtown KC. It's a perfect spot for 3+ sisters (like us), a small family, two couples - you name it. The house is great! Three bedrooms and two baths, updated kitchen and baths, nice front porch/yard and a driveway + garage. The host is excellent! She is very responsive to calls and texts if needed. We will be staying here again when we visit my parents.
