Numerous roaches found in room and staff unwilling to rectify issue. We wound up leaving as we were no longer comfortable staying in the room.

You get what you pay for
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe access door closest to the room was broken; several staff were informed and no efforts to fix it or even look to see what the issue was were made by them. The fridge made a terrible noise most of the stay but kept the food cold so no issues beyond the noise. I personally suggest a second floor room because as nice as it was not climb stairs, you hear literally everyone coming and going and everyone’s music from their car when they sit in the parking lot and blast it for two hours.
