Très bien. Calme et propre. Très peu de monde quand on y était.

Bon hôtel à petit prix

Sadly this hotel is completely run down and it’s evident only gets its business for sports teams who are forced to stay here by the local fields. The rooms are ok and cleanliness is mediocre. The communal areas are terrible in appearance and cleanliness with no AC (appears to be broken as there are fans about the place). In summary you wouldn’t stay here out of choice.

Clarion Inn Sheffield needs hotel & staff help
Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur Hotelswe stayed at the hotel 4 nights... when taking a shower, there was no hot water... we reached to front desk and was told maintenance would address this... 3 night, still no hot water, so we took light cool showers... it's summer, so the water really is not cold... so we bared it... on the last day, we needs to take our showers in another hotel room within the hotel that did have hot water... through all this i asked for the manager, repeatedly... and still to today july 19th, no answer back to me... on another note... this hotel cost was to have breakfast in the morning, and friday july 12th, there was no breakfast put out... i asked the front desk staff and they just said, the lady did not come in... and there was no second plan... lastly... this was hot days in july in alabama... i went to the pool to swim, and as i was swimming, some hotel pool guy hollered at me and others to get out of the pool... and said he put a chemical in and we cannot swim... this is 1pm in the afternoon on friday... really... we cannot swim... i feel a substantial refund is in order here... what is next steps...
