Worth the money!
Everything was fine, although the room could do with sprucing up a little and a bedside lamp didn’t work. The floor above creaked somewhat when the occupants above moved around. Otherwise good value for money.

Ground floor and the window was broken - security concerns for the day we weren’t in. And it was cold and noisy at night. We stay here a lot and it’s normally fine but this stay was marred by the broken window. No alternative rooms so not the staff’s fault.

WiFi had to be set up by Katie who was really helpful. Very comfy quiet room good dark curtains. Unable to turn on hot tap at basin. Shut the door as the steam from the shower sets off the smoke alarm - but then you cannot see anything in the mirror. Tv signal constantly on the blink.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, especially from Katie at the reception, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She always ensured we got the same room each time we returned, just as we requested. The location is perfect, and the price is very reasonable for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again!
