Fantastic customer service great with my son too.

My son was welcomed by staff so kindly and no issue was a problem. Highly recommend for people staying to go to Meadowhall or Sheffield arena.

Couldn't be nicer!
Publié le 3 juin 2024 sur HotelsAll the staff were some of the most amazingly friendly and helpful people i have met. I would definitely stay again if i was going to a concert at the Sheffield arena. Its only a 10min walk away! 10/10. Thanks to all the staff who made my daughter and I feel so welcome.

Close to the arena and all the stuff round there. Friendly staff, very good fried breakfast, decent little pub. Would definitely stay here again.

Advertised as tea/coffee-making facilities in room but there were none. Decent sized room with very comfy beds, clean bedding and towels. Shower rather tired. Very noisy - music switched off around 2am but could still hear people talking until 5.45am so not a good sleep! Staff very friendly and helpful. Had expected more for the money paid.
