No parking space on arrival, due to private event organized by other customers. Leftover food in the fridge from previous customers. No soap or shampoo available (all empty). Service not fitting the luxury status.

Chambre mal insonorisée
Propreté fauteuil de piscine a revoir ainsi que fauteuil cassé

Lieu très agréable, personnel gentil et serviable, grandes chambres.
Parfois certains équipements un peu désuets (plomberie) mais fonctionnels et cela n’ôte rien à la qualité du séjour.

Great service poorly maintained
Publié le 9 oct. 2024 sur HotelsGreat location and beautiful grounds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lisa on reception was a stand-out in terms of excellent customer service. The room however was poorly maintained and had a constant heat coming from the radiator pipes even though the valve was closed. The bathroom had hairs post-cleaning on the toilet and bath and the maintenance standards were poor with bare wood patched into the door way and cheap mis-matched make-do tiles to replace broken ones.

We stay at the Kenwood hotel whenever we visit my son and daughter - we've had our ups and downs with staff and facilities in the past
However this stay has been exceptional - our double rooms were upgraded to Premium with no extra cost - the rooms were beautiful - spacious - warm - clean - fantastic
I wiuld like to thank the manager on duty today - his enthusiasm professionalism shone through - we were sitting in the lounge waiting to leave - I saw and heard the guests respond to him as he looked after their needs
It was refreshing to see an attentive manager. Hope his attitude and standards show in the rest of the staff

Relaxing hotel for weekend break
