The hotel was not worth the price charged based on the size of the "Supreme" room and the fact that they failed to provide cleaning service and replenishing the amenities in the room for multiple days. We booked two rooms for five and six days respectively and were disappointed with the decision. Next time we are in Sheffield we will be staying elsewhere, there are a number of other hotels in the immediate vicinity that looked nicer at a similar price point.

The bed was comfy, that's the best thing I can say. The room was tiny and was a "Supreme" room. They failed to clean the room on New Year's Day and when they did clean it the next day they failed to replenish to the shampoo and body wash in the dispensers in the shower and failed to replenish the water bottles to make coffee/tea with. After they failed to replenish them a second day in a row, I went downstairs and complained to the front desk who promised to sort it out. They did finally refill the shampoo and body wash but not the water bottles, so three days without in room coffee service. There were several other hotels in the immediate area and next time I come to Sheffield I will definitely be trying them instead, I can't imagine them being any worse than my experience at the Radisson Blu.

Bearing in mind this was Christmas Day so I won’t be too judgemental but overall the hotel was disappointing. Streaming services didn’t work on the TV, old drinks left in the fridge, room service advertised as open but wasn’t, an 11pm fire alarm with a lack of communication; made the visit more disappointing than expected.

Really good location with friendly staff and service. The shower could have been cleaner in the corners and if you have a loud couple in the next room you will hear them. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Just what a hotel should be about
This what a hotel should be about. Everything is seamless - good size rooms, comfy bed, thermostat that works and you can control, great shower, nice space to work and enough sockets and USB connectors (both old and new) in the correct places. Quiet, clean and comfortable. I can't ask for more.

The hotel was brilliant, Very good location as well with it being in the middle of Sheffield city Centre, and within walking distance of the car park and other attractions. Our stay was absolutely great.
