excellent accueil pat tous les membres du personnel sans exception. hôtel bien placé permet de se balader à pied dans toute la ville, proche d'un arrêt de tramway et à 10 minutes de la gare.

Acceuil correcte. Chambre froide. Presence de moisissure et d’infiltration. Chauffage bruyant et archaïque. Établissement assez moyen pour un 3 etoiles

Sheffield for one night

Hotel was just right and as I came by train no problems with parking
Room was large, clean and warm; with a comfy bed too
Staff were friendly and efficient and the manager wished me a good day

Just looked grubby throughout, although even though the room was basic the cleanliness in there was very good.
Noise the hotel at night was horrendous with people charging down corridors and knocking on doors. Also every door when opened and closed sounded like a massive bang with the room shaking!
Obviously it’s a budget hotel, can’t fault the price but it shouldn’t be a hard fix to make the doors soft closing and to have staff monitor the interior corridors occasionally

A place to grab a nights sleep only...

Large brown wet stain on the carpet of one of the rooms we stayed in.
Overall, it was comfortable but a tired building which could have been cleaner.

This was a very disappointing hotel. We rarely leave poor reviews as we are easily pleased. However, staff were arguing at check-in about the new computer system. The hotel bar closed at 10pm and there wasn’t anywhere nearby to get a drink. The room was OK but the drains were smelly and two of the three mattresses were very uncomfortable. Wish we’d paid by we tea and stayed at Travelodge as this was a very poor experience.

Was advertised with limited parking. there was space but when i checked in was told this was not an option. Outside and common areas run down breakfast area and room good.although carpet stained.
