excellent accueil pat tous les membres du personnel sans exception. hôtel bien placé permet de se balader à pied dans toute la ville, proche d'un arrêt de tramway et à 10 minutes de la gare.

Acceuil correcte. Chambre froide. Presence de moisissure et d’infiltration. Chauffage bruyant et archaïque. Établissement assez moyen pour un 3 etoiles

Not happy!

Extremely dated building and rooms in need of a serious facelift. There was one tiny bottle of liquid soap for two guests, no shampoo or anything. Paint peeling off crappy laminate cupboards. Smell of stale smoke in the rooms. On the upside room was fairly large and the bed comfortable. It's the perfect hooker hotel

I'm very sorry you didn't enjoy your stay at the Sheffield Metropolitan Hotel. We have recently taken over from another company, and are looking to take the hotel through a refurbishment in the coming months. I will share your comments with the HOD's and I hope you would give us another chance and pay us a visit in the future.

I'm very sorry you didn't enjoy your stay at the Sheffield Metropolitan Hotel. We have recently taken over from another company, and are looking to take the hotel through a refurbishment in the coming months. Value for money, clean and comfortable.

Dirty place...
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsWe have stayed for 1 night and I would definitely book another hotel if it was to be for longer. The hotel was dirty, we even found bogies on the towel(!). Not to mention they have only provided 1 towel for both of us. I wouldn't recommend it, neither stay again.

Our rooms are cleaned to a high standard and I cannot believe there would be 'bogies' on the towels, let alone one towel between for two people. If you had an issue with the room we would have been more than happy to deal with any issues may have had. However, I will share your comments with the HOD's and I hope you would give us another chance and pay us a visit in the future.
