It was inexpensive and the suite was large. That's the only pros. Site and room were dirty. Very old appliances with rust spots all over them. No smoking but all the full time residents sit in chairs on the walkway smoking so it doesn't mean much. I stayed here because of the price and good reviews. All I can figure is the full time residents must flood with good reviews. I'll never stay there again.

Hi David. First let me apologize to you for our hotel not meeting your standards or expectations. I really wish that I could have gotten more information from you personally. We are about to have a designated smoking area so that this kind of problem will be eliminated. We are trying to get everything updated and ready in our guest's suites. Comfortable accommodations. Appliances functional.
Water pressure excellent. Shower water heated surprisingly quickly!

I had the opportunity to stay with Denise and her staff for 13 weeks. Everyone was friendly, eager to offer anything that would make my stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are well kept, the staff is friendly, the area is well lighted and monitored. I was greeted every week by my first name and sent off each week with well wishes for a safe return. Thank you to Denise, CJ and all her staff for making my time with you all feel like I was welcomed and safe. I would and have recommended you all to anyone who asks where I have stayed while in Shelby, NC. Thank you again.

Great Stay
Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HotelsThis was our second stay at Affordable Suites in Shelby and we have truly enjoyed both stays. The manager, Denise, is a very kind and professional person. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The hotel is quiet and relaxing. There’s many restaurants nearby and grocery stores are a very short drive. Thank you, Denise.
