I have photos and will be putting in a more formal complaint. There was mold on EVERYTHING. Hair in the bathtub, toilet still stained with urine. We did NOT stay and wish a full refund. This hotel should have a health inspector mandated to the premises immediately

Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWhen we got there the front desk receptionist was very rude. Whoever thought having smoking rooms still available is beyond me. I had no idea that was still aloud. Got to our room and it reeked of cigarettes. The pictures can explain what we saw but definitely not the smell. We went back down to the office to request new bed sheets and the “manager” said I’ll be right there…. Before we could even get back to our room he was already in there without us. He was very rude and did not even try to apologize about anything. He did however change our sheets after having to get 3 new sets without something else being on them. I would NEVER RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!!

I was a little nervous about parking situation…cause I had to leave my car on one side of the building and walk to the other side…there were a lot of people talking outside my room multiple times through the night
