Le service a l'arrivée a ete rapide. La chambre etait prête et selon celle reservée. Il y a eu de la musique toute la nuit dans les hauts parleurs exterieurs de l'hotel et la personne au "front desk" ne savait las comment fermer la musique. Donc difficile de dormir. La piscine et le spa étaient sales. Surtout le spa, je ne suis pas restée tellement il y avait de trucs qui flottaient.

Pour un Hilton, c'est très négatif. La piscine ne fonctionne pas, le Wifi ne fonctionne pas, il y a très peu de poste de TV, l'ascenseur n'était pas en mesure d'arrêter à notre étage, et le service n'était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Ce fut une mauvaise expérience et je n'y retournerai pas.

The staff was great. Unfortunately, the carpets and some of the furniture in the common areas has a very worn look.

This Hilton Garden is standard..just two items really displeased me. Upon check in I fully booked through Expedia but I was charged $100.00 for any incidentals I may incur, I asked why am I being charged in advance and told its their policy. My second complaint is the shower..the on/off knob is deep inside the shower and there is no way to turn on with getting wet with ice cold water!!

Not the first floor
Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel staff was good. Everything in the room was very clean. Need to add an ice machine on each floor instead of the 3rd & 5th floors. I also did not like being on the first floor across some conference rooms, it was loud and could hear everything. Couldn’t open my curtains because anyone could s e right in from the sidewalk.
