Just feel I need to share that there is no pool or hhot tub available at this time it was shut down. Looked like it had been for a while as there was no water in it!! When we booked it we did so because of the pool and waffles for breakfast as we had been in the car all day with two active boys and the pool to get rid of some of their energy was just what we needed and to start out with a good breakfast to fill them up with would have been amazing!! But none of it happened 😪 We were told waffles are only on the weekends. My thing is to advertise that and let people know the pool is down. I had booked through Expedia and were not made awhere of it and couldnt get our money back 😪 our lose was their gain I guess.... knowledge goes a long way!

Pool closed and dirty room
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HotelsWe check in and theres a sign at front desk saying pool is closed for a much needed "face-lift". I was never told ahead of time and unfortunately that is the main reason we picked this hotel. It was my husband and I's anniversary and just wanted a pool. We were offered free parking for the inconvenience. When we got to the room the kitchen light didn't work, there was no hand soap or body soap in bathroom, we found someones dirty shorts under the sink so now we're thinking the room wasnt even cleaned. I expected better with ready all the great reviews but we will make sure we chose a different place next time we can get away

I went to this hotel to have a good time with my family in the pool and hot tube but the pool was in repairs so not fun at all, very disappointed . Plus you have to pay parking to stay the room has a strong smell like humidity.

Will say was very pleased with how clean and willing to help the staff was. Only surprise is paying for parking. Didn’t expect that but all in all great experience.

Bad experience
Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HotelsWhen I got to the room, I came for the swimming pool as soon as I got dressed, no one told me anything at the front desk about the pool being out of service. I then went to the pool room and seen a letter that said it was closed until further notice I thought that was highly inconsiderate and asked for my money in a full return and still waiting.
