disappointing

We needed to change rooms after the first night. The first room had no hot water for the shower, one side of the bathroom sink faucet did not work. There were a number of lights that did not work also. The next morning we asked for another room which they gave us. We had hot water but the rain shower did not work. I know this sounds like I am being very picky but for an up scale hotel I expect better.

It was a good clean hotel. The main restaurant was closed and that was one of the reasons we went to this hotel. But times are different in 2020.

地理位置非常好,从机场过来很方便。 距离地铁站步行5分钟。 房间干净温暖,一楼的自助早餐很丰富。 前台服务也很热情,到沈阳出差、旅游住这里都不错。
