Séjours familiale au Hilton de Shenzhen Futian

3 nuits passée au Hilton Futian très agréable. Hôtel très bien placé, très confortable et personnel agréable et toujours à l’écoute. Ne pas hésiter à y séjourner

A little disapointed

The hotel seemed nice at first. However, there are some work and renovations going on around the hotel and on the road so it can be pretty noisy. You cannot relax and enjoy the pool as you can hear the noise and also, there is no lying bed, not really nice surroundings for the pool. The hotel staff are nice and friendly, you can ask them advice but do not go to the massage place they recommend and it is not a nice environment, looks like a massage factory. Other than that, the rooms are nice, good size with nice bathrooms.

Hôtel sympa.

Hôtel sympa. Des travaux incessants en ce moment devant l'hôtel. Un p'tit dej vraiment top. Par contre l'accès à Internet est catastrophique. Quand vous y êtes pour bosser c'est dramatique.

The room was not ready for us to check in. We arrived around 3pm. The room was not ready. We waited until 5:30pm but still not ready. We can only go out for dinner first and when we returned at 10:30pm, it was ready. They apologized by sending a fruit plate only. They offered a late checkout but we didn’t need it. The service is really disappointing. If they kept extending the checkout time to apologize unable to checkin, it will become a vicious cycle. This is Hilton, not some random 2star hotel.
