Séjours familiale au Hilton de Shenzhen Futian
Publié le 11 oct. 2019 sur Hotels3 nuits passée au Hilton Futian très agréable. Hôtel très bien placé, très confortable et personnel agréable et toujours à l’écoute. Ne pas hésiter à y séjourner

A little disapointed
Publié le 3 oct. 2018 sur HotelsThe hotel seemed nice at first. However, there are some work and renovations going on around the hotel and on the road so it can be pretty noisy. You cannot relax and enjoy the pool as you can hear the noise and also, there is no lying bed, not really nice surroundings for the pool.
The hotel staff are nice and friendly, you can ask them advice but do not go to the massage place they recommend and it is not a nice environment, looks like a massage factory.
Other than that, the rooms are nice, good size with nice bathrooms.

Hôtel sympa.
Publié le 4 mai 2018 sur ExpediaHôtel sympa. Des travaux incessants en ce moment devant l'hôtel. Un p'tit dej vraiment top. Par contre l'accès à Internet est catastrophique. Quand vous y êtes pour bosser c'est dramatique.

We stayed for 2 nights on 26 & 27 Sep 2024 and on the early morning of 28 Sep, we were woken up by very loud water noise hitting the windows of our room. At first, we thought it was heavy rain. In fact, it was the spiderman cleaning the external windows but the noise generated due to the amount of water pouring down the external windows was so much and so loud that we were woken up from our sleep. While we noted that there was a room notice that there will be window cleaning over 25 to 30 Sep 2024, the time specified was from 10:00 to 18:00. We were woken up around 8 am which was unacceptable. And because the management never used a window cleaning gantry, they needed to pour large amount of precious water over the window surface from the top, which generated very loud noise. This is BOTH bad for the hotel guests and the environment! For record we actually took a video of the event and are glad to show the hotel management if necessary.
