Comfortable stay at Hilton Shenzhen
Publié le 9 avr. 2024 sur HotelsThe Hotel is still fairly new, rooms are well designed and spacious. Beds are comfortable and linen clean and fresh. Room fridge is only stocked on requests. Wifi connectivity was not great and caused a few interruptions while working. Business center is only available if you book on the executive levels. They did however allow me to sit there the one afternoon on request. Restaurant provides a wide range of cuisine. The food was very good.
The area is still being developed and for foreigners visiting this can be a bit of a challenging as the closest ATM was one train stop away. Reception, when booking in was very organized and arranged extra towels without asking when they saw were 3 people staying in the room.
Concierge was very help full to arrange transfer to Hong Kong Airport on the last day.
