The housekeeping staff was efficient, helpful and smart. Front desk staff with cheerful smiles and they were willing to help as well. However, the air-con in the room was terrible, the mode can be adjusted, but no change at all.

Stay was good room was clean but toilet not well maintained for such a new hotel Location is great with train station just below. Often crowded

I liked the Parking, safe, quiet, breakfast, room service, Covid QR code checking, swimming pool, the property is very new and the bay view is so beautiful. I do not have anything about unlike.

房間整潔而且裝修不錯, 但5星級酒店竟然比2-3星酒店隔音效果還要差… 整晚聽到樓上房步行聲, 亦聽到隔離房開水喉聲其他聲, 更嚴重的是竟然聽到隔離房開關窗簾的摩打聲… 5星級酒店發生呢d問題真係完全不能接受, 簡單難以置信
