Posted Dec. 27, 2018 on HotelsGood hotel with facilities nearby, couldn’t find my booking at first but the reception was courteous and apologetic. When booking with Hotels.com & when asked one has to the the staff that the booking is through Expedia as they wouldn’t know about Hotels.com.

早上約7：30退房，前台只有一人，等了5分多鐘。
前台員工在處理前一位客人退房，但完全莫視後面的客人，不懂彈性處理。

Posted Jun. 13, 2019 on Hotels空調不足，説是中央控制，不能調低過25度，朋友怕熱，晚上睡不好。再加上床墊承托力不足，全身痠痛，根本不能入睡。很不好的假期體驗！

总体感觉不错，卫生工作要更细心
Posted May 12, 2019 on Hotels总体感觉不错，就在大梅沙门口路对面，旁边就是奥特莱斯（虽然里面完全没有可逛的必要），去找吃的也比较方便。服务员很热情周到，房间还比较干净、舒服。
卫生工作做得有点粗心，水壶里有一包未拿出来的茶包，我在烧水喝了之后才发现，把我恶心坏了
