Hotel.com ne nous avait pas informer du changement d’enseigne nous avons chercher un hôtel 6 vainement. Puis nous nous sommes rendus dans l’hotel Et le réceptionniste nous a informé que ce changement daté d’y il a 1 an

Nous sommes désolés de ne pas nous avoir trouvé, nous avons changé de marque il y a plus d'un an, mais nous avons amélioré et offre maintenant plus de commodités que la marque précédente: petit déjeuner, sèche-cheveux dans la chambre, café et thé 24h. rester avec nous, nous espérons que vous avez choisi notre hôtel à l'avenir si vous êtes de retour dans la région!

Second stay not as good as the first a week prior
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThis review is for my second stay here about a week apart from my first stay. Staff was just as friendly and check-in was quick. My room this time was on the bottom floor, near side entrance to the building and also near the indoor pool. This room location wasn't as quiet as my room on the third floor a week ago - there was more foot traffic, and a large gap between the bottom of the door and the floor let quite a bit of light into the room as well as lots of noise from people coming and going. My bathroom was also not as clean - lots of hairs were in the sink, on the back of the toilet, and in the shower. My shower curtain smelled a little mildewy when I opened it up. Everything else about the room was clean as far as I could tell, but this was a large contrast to my stay in the same hotel just a week prior.

Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HotelsFriendly service and quick check-in. Room was on the third floor but easily accessed with elevator. The room was clean and well kept. Free breakfast was ok - I've had better, but I've had worse: Hot eggs and sausage, waffle maker, some muffins, bread and bagels, hot coffee and a few other things. I wish there was some fruit available, but I didn't find any. Laundry on site came in handy ($6 for single load, wash&dry - a little high but it was convenient in an emergency). Location was quiet and close to the interstate. Downtown Sheridan was pretty cool - good spots to eat and get a drink, not far from hotel.

Dirty sheets had to get new set and I had to make the bed. In refrigerator there was a pizza box of left over eaten pizza in it.
The sheets are so wrinkled could tell if used or not used. Another visitor came down to desk hair on pillow and sheets looked slept in.
Manager owner Nashir Khan was rude and said he owned 3 hotels in to own and blew me off!!!! No refund said do what you want, you paid 3rd party doesn't effect me. Told report the hotel to Wyndham and do a complaint with board of health he said go ahead!!!
