Fine overnight stop in Sheridan

Nice stopover during a road trip to Denver. Housekeeping missed food in the fridge and dirty towels from the previous guest.

ROTTEN Customer Service!!

This Hotel TALKS of customer service, but doesn't TRULY deliver!! They couldn't provide me with a very simply copy of my receipt, nor would they allow me to provide them with a hardcopy document to simply scan and forward to my email address. I won't be staying with this hotel again!!

Thank you for your review Patrick. I am sorry to hear your stay with us was not pleasant. I researched your reservation and found that it was prepaid through Expedia. Our hotel checks in these reservations but does not charge them and that is the reason we didn't have a receipt for you. If you had been charged in our system, we would have had a receipt. I recommend you contact your booking agent Expedia and request a reciept to your email. I am sorry we are not capable of scanning a document and e-mailing it to you. Our computer system is just setup for the hotel check in process. We invite you to book with us directly next time so that we may provide you with a better experience next time!

This property is old, but clean. It is obviously a former Holiday Inn. The staff are thoughtful, helpful people. We would stay there again.
