Disorganized staff. Shared door was not sound proof and the musty moldy smell was not great. Shower was leaking into the wall which I would assume was creating the odor. Disappointing as the room description said renovationed etc.

Place was great, Clean, quiet. Nice kitchenette. Check in was a bit hard as no staff on site.

The room was very nice with recently updated attractive decor with good kitchen facilities. The proximity to Interlakes Market was nice. Our son has property in the area. All in all a very good stay. Would like to stay there next year as well. The only frustration was that the toilet see was wobbly. This is a common problem with toilet seats. The seat has nylon nuts on metal bolts to fasten the seat tightly; they often strip form normal usage. The repair is quite cheap. This is a good place to stay.

I had a prepaid reservation that was not honoured by the motel because it was overbooked. I was not contacted by the motel or by Expedia. Learning at 7:30pm that you don't have a room is not acceptable. The motel claims to have called and left a message, but I don't believe it since my phone has no record.
