The receptionist was very rude. Called me with an attitude accusing me of not paying for our stay even though our bank account showed that it was paid. the floor in the room was sticky and dirty.

We stay here anytime we come to Bonham because it’s honestly the BEST hotel there is in town. We’ve been staying here since it opened and things you can always count on here are consistency of a clean room, nice hot breakfast each morning, beds are still pretty comfortable; which is a HUGE plus when you’re sore from a long road trip, and they are pet friendly and since we travel with our yorkie, this is a big deal! One more thing that is a plus is the indoor pool! It’s always been clean and when we flew in with other family, my parents were able to swim with our little granddaughter and they all had an amazing time! If you’re making a trip to Bonham/Fannin County, this is where you’ll want to stay!

The gal at the front desk was amazing. Breakfast was good. Overall great hospitality. The bad - The flooring in the bathroom felt like it was going to fall through in the double queen suite.
