Maybe should not be called a lodge?
Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayLovely room in a set of 4 maybe more like a motel large parking lot no landscaping out front. That being said, the room itself was great. The location near the north entrance was super convenient. I just because of it's name expected something else so was a bit disappointed to start.

Across the Road From Itaska State Park
Publié le 18 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayClean, close, convenient to the park. The back window looks out at a forest of pine, where we saw a large flock of wild turkeys one morning. If your plan is to visit the place where the Mississippi River begins, this is the place to stay.

Great location close to Itasca
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved the proximity to the park and had a really great stay. The host was friendly and helpful. My kids loved the ice cream shop next door. The room was clean and comfortable. I'd highly recommend it!

Big Timbers was very comfortable and clean. So close to the entrance of Itaska State Park, which is where we spent our days! Such a beautiful area! Loved it!

Our stay at Big Timber’s
Publié le 28 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty was very well kept and in great shape. Really enjoyed our time at Big Timber’s. Christine was very helpful and accommodating really enjoyed her gift shop and ice cream. What are the big benefits of staying? There is one of the few places in that area where you can actually stay less than one week …most of the resorts in that area.. it’s one week or more.
