THE HOTEL WAS BOOKED ON EXPEDIA AND CHARGED TO CARD WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INFO INSTEAD OF A GUARANTEE AND ROOMS GIVEN INITIALLY WERE LOUSY AND DIRTY AND WORSE THEN EVEN DORMS AND ON DISCUSSION AND ARGUEMENTS IT WAS CHANGED TO BETTER ROOMS HOWEVER THE FOOD WAS EXPENSIVE WITH NO TASTE AND BREAKFAST EXORBITANTLY CHARGED AND EVEN KID OF 5 YRS CHARGED EVEN WITHOUT EXTRA BED AND RACK RATES WERE LOWER THAN OFFERED BY EXPEDIA.IT WAS DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE EXCEPT SOME ACTION BY ITS GM MR ARORA TO OFFER NEW ROOMS THAT WERE GOOD

Publié le 14 juin 2013 sur HotelsTV was fuzzy. Fan did not work and had to be replaced. Bed was squeaky with springs and not a restful sleep. Restaurant was good with a good view. . For a guest to pay to use the swimming pool was absurd. An overpriced hotel for the service.

East bourne - Not worth the price
Publié le 8 oct. 2012 sur Hotels1) The rooms there are very small and no view from the window, nearly half of the rooms the window opens in the common area where all the people pass by so you can't open it. and there is no open space 2) The bathrooms are small, no bath tubs and the hot water not available for 24 hrs. 3) The food is too costly just think a plate of idli costing Rs . 235 + Tax, the resort is at a location where you can't find anything else to eat. 4) The cab is provided once in a day to reach the mall but the pick up from the mall is at 8pm which is too early. Over all not worth for the price and please do confirm if the booking is being informed to hotel as in my case the hotel was not informed and i could check in only after sending them the booking receipt on email, i was lucky as the hotel had 1 room left on that day. i would in no case book that hotel again.

Publié le 30 mai 2012 sur HotelsEast Bourne Resort is a little away from town but a very good family destination. Its has an extremely cheerful atmosphere. The beautiful garden & the lovely flowers in the middle of the resort is a treat and washes away any deficiencies the Hotel may have. some updradation/renovation is definitely required. On the whole a pleasant stay.

Emplacement : Explore if you want to get lost. Distant location. Cannot walk down for stroll or a dinner outside if you do not want to pay for expensive hotel food.
Extremely Horrible. Beds and mattress are in bad shape, no outlet for toilet air with the result room stinks, very expensive stay, dinner expensive @750 INR per plate per person. You have to call multiple times to avail service. Staff for managing movement / vehicle parking are a confused lot. Broke my car handbrake and did not have the courtesy to even ask if they can do something about it. Front desk struggled to figure out if an expedia guest booking was available for me. Zero value for money. I got the impression that they were interested in making me a hotel member. Will not recommend wasting hard earned money at this hotel. Better check in at either a cheap hotel for a bed or good five star with almost same rates but better service.
