The property is badly maintained requiring urgent renovation the plastic table chairs in the garden are broken the toilet seat wash basin in bathroom at reception is broken. The breakfast served is cold and menu sucks the room price is double it is not worth more then rs 3000 a night

Dear Sir The plastic tables in the lawn are collapsible not broken. None of the chairs are broken. Also the WC and the washbasin is not at all broken. We don't see why this has been written by you. Please visit a hotel charging Rs 3000 per night within breakfast in Shimla during high season and you will definitely come and stay with us.

Very disappointing. Not good value for money given the poor facilities. Food choice poor. At least 11km from Shimla so inconvenient for sightseeing there.

Dear Barry We are sorry that the stay was not upto your expectations. We are located in Shimla and not 11 Km from Shimla. We are 14KM from Mall Road of Shimla if you believe Shimla to be only the Mall Road.

You need a car to move about. Lonely hotel not much going on. Staff are excellent but food is really poor.

Dear Guest Thank you for your feedback. The hotel is located in the green belt area of Shimla because of which construction is very limited and nature is in abundance thus providing a true hill station experience. As for the food, the feedback has been duly noted and escalated to the concerned team for further action. We are happy to see that the staff was able to meet your expectations.

The rooms are nice with beautiful view from Window. Food is also good we liked it.

Very good hotel surrounded by nature

The hotel is located in beautiful location with greenery all around. Rooms are near and clean. Service is also good. Very nice stay overall.
