This hotel was fine, comfortable in a good location. Compared to other places we stayed, it was rather expensive for what we got, but Shimla is expensive. We were expecting it to be more luxurious than it was.

It is located in a very convenient place so can walk to all key places. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. When we wanted to leave early they arranged breakfast so that we left the hotel after a good breakfast :)

Worst hotel ever
Publié le 16 nov. 2022 sur HotelsThis was one of the most pathetic experience so far. We had booked this hotel (fully paid 2 rooms, 3-4 months in advance even before coming to India). Upon arrival, they informed us that families of their management staff overstayed and they don't have two separate rooms available. Instead they gave us much small two bed suite with only one bath. Rooms and bathrooms were very dirty and stinking, there was also a leakage in the bathroom, it appeared this suite was closed for quite some time. Basically they had no regard for their fully paid foreigner guests who trusted online reviews and booked this hotel, their management staff families were given preference and foreign nationals were left on the road. What a shame! Be careful if you decide to go here!

Stay was excellent. It was my second time at this hotel and I was really very happy with the services . Will definitely become their frequent guest since I was really satisfied. Will definitely come to the hotel again.And special thanks to the Front office staff
