Farmhouse completely renovated in 2021 with new HVAC, kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, etc. Large covered front porch as well as attached sun deck with dip pool perfect for releasing the stresses of city life! The house is on a hilltop with a great view and guests have access to the 86 acre property for fishing and other outdoor activities.
Do NOT book in direction continuation of prior rental. ONE DAY REQUIRED FOR CLEANING!

Peaceful retreat
The property is set on gorgeous acreage. The wraparound porch is fantastic for lounging and conversations. The decor is an intriguing mix of antiques and modern comforts. We had a wonderful stay.

Labor Day Get Away
Great time in and around Shiner, TX! Kids loved the fishing tanks. We all enjoyed the home; it was very accommodating for 7 kids (17 to 8) and 4 adults.

Best place ever
This was a great experience for me and my family. We stayed a whole week Mr. Travis the owner of the property was such a great host. We ran into a little bit of problems that Mr. Travis and the property manager, Mr. Pete they were all great thank you for the experience and hopefully we will be back next year

Charming
The house is very charming and comfortable. My sisters and I stayed for our annual sisters' weekend. We could not have been happier. Very quiet, such a nice change from all the noise of a city. The owner is super nice and very easy to work with. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a peaceful, quite weekend. We will definitely rent this wonderful home again.

A Great Stay at SunShiner Farm
SunShiner Farm was perfect for our stay. The setting in the rolling hills of the countryside is beautiful and peaceful. The layout of the house worked great, with two nice areas to hang out in, a clean kitchen with a large refrigerator, and plenty of beds and bathrooms for our large group. The a/c works great, too! The check-in and check-out process were extremely smooth, the property manager was easy to get in touch with, and Travis is a great, accommodating host. A great place to stay!

Rolling F Farms- Perfect Property for our Family Gathering
Everyone loved the house and poolhouse. Clean and very nicely decorated. Great landscaping and plenty of shade for outdoor relaxation. Very peaceful hilltop location. Well equipped as we had everything we needed including well stocked fishing pond. Location and property worked out nicely for our visit with Shiner family members. We highly recoommend this property. Hope to stay here again for our next gathering. Thank you Travis for being such a great host and accomodating our visit.

It was a fantastic property, I was in town for a wedding and the property and location suited my needs perfectly! Everything that was listed was provided, there’s nothing like leaving the city for a few days to recharge in a beautiful small town like Shiner!

Fantastic!
I can't say enough great things about this property. The house is completely updated and fully equiped with everything you might need. I don't know who decorated it but it looked like Joanna Gaines might have helped out. It is absolutely stunning. There is plenty of room for a large family. We stayed there with our friends and their family. 9 people total and we didn't even use one of the bedrooms. The view is spetacular whether you are viewing the quiet rolling hills during the day or viewing the stars at night. We enjoyed having coffee on the front porch each morning and not having to listen to the sounds of the subdivision we live in. This was the perfect place to unplug from city life.

Peaceful Retreat on Rolling Hills
The SunShiner Farm provided the perfect place for our yearly get-together. The location offered peace and quiet and a beautiful view of the surrounding hillsides and farmland. The house was clean and spacious, with a fully-functional kitchen, three very nice full bathrooms, and comfortable beds throughout. The A/C didn't miss a beat, and the front porch was great for visiting with friends. Also, Travis was a great host who was always available when we had a question, and he helped provide the information we needed throughout the process of choosing and then staying at the SunShiner Farm. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly, and he went the extra mile with his hospitality. We definitely recommend SunShiner Farm. Thanks for a great vacation experience, Travis!

Awesome house with great amenities. Nine family members stayed in this house but 11 others hung out.
Great house for families with children even though we only had 2 older children with us. Twenty family members hung out at this house all day for 2 of the 4 days we stayed. We were not one bit crowded. Kids loved the dip pool. The porch had a nice breeze every night. Kids did not want to leave. Thank you Travis for all the extras. We really appreciated it.

Excellent Property and Amazing Owner
I don’t have the words to describe how amazing this property, the owner and the experience was for us at this property. We are beyond blessed to have found this place and Travis made things even more perfect for us. He is very accommodating and ontop of things. Perfect! Amazing views, weather, and fishing
The setup of the bedrooms was perfect for our three families. Six adults and six kids had plenty of room. The kids loved the upstairs bunk room and how they each had their own bed, shelf and lamp for a little more privacy. Even though they were mixed ages from 5-13, they all liked it up there. The sunrise and sunsets were my favorite part. We came for a few days during spring break and the weather was gorgeous. Fishing was great. A lot of us caught something. My niece said she can cross “catching a fish” off her bucket list. We brought two “city dogs” and they loved running around and checking out the cattle (from a distance). We highly recommend this property for a unique getaway. Shiner brewery tour was fun and drive from the farm was not bad at all. Wonderful visit!!

Somehow the pictures don’t do this property justice. The house and scenery exceeded our expectations. The host is also incredibly accommodating and goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. Highly recommend!

Excellent Host, Wonderful Home and Property, Restful Holiday!!
Travis couldn't be a more responsive or accommodating host. He makes everything easy and welcoming. Travis even built a fire pit for us and left a choice of woods, and also left fishing poles and tackle ready for use. We've never had such a gracious host!! The home is beautiful, clean and well equipped. All beds are super comfy and linens are great. Kitchen and dining are comfortable for large groups. Grounds are beautiful, on a hilltop (best sunsets ever). Can take long walks, nap under a tree, cycle short or long rides, fish, relax on the porch or by fire pit, and enjoy an easy trip into town. We couldn't recommend the property or host more, and we hope to visit again sometime soon. THANKS, Travis!!!

Heavenly
The perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Our family (6 adults and 8 kids) spent a few days over thanksgiving break and had the best time fishing and just being outside. We loved the porch! The house is well furnished and beautiful. The beds were so comfortable and the kids loved the bunk room. I highly recommend staying here!
