Publié le 24 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayPosition was great. The balcony was extremely dirty, floor, table and chairs and glass balcony railing. The en-suite had hair on the shower walls. Disappointed there was no aircon in the unit.

Sue, I do apologise for the issues.
I will discuss these with the cleaners as the balconies are normally cleaned after each guest so this surprises me.
If you would have advised me of these cleaning issues when you arrived I could have got the cleaners back.

Publié le 4 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe property was in a fantastic spot. Amazing views close to water and amenities. Food venues and IGA within walking distance. Lots of interesting activities within close driving distance, would recommend the camel rides and sand boarding. The unit was clean and tidy, the kitchen has EVERYTHING you could want. The agent had super quick communication.
Just a few very small negatives. With 6 people showering the hot water ran out and the beds weren’t made, which after travel some distance was the last thing we wanted to do. But like I said small details.
This unit is a small piece of paradise and we will be returning.

Thank you for your kind review. The unit is in a superb spot and I am glad you enjoyed your stay.
I do apologise for the hot water; I have not had anyone report this before and it is a well-used unit. I will look into this.
When you come again if you would like the beds made, let me know as this service is always offered at an additional fee. I do have regular staying guests who always take up this option, but the majority of guests who stay are happy to make the beds on their arrival.
