Restaurant was not open at noon, lunch time, on a Monday! Couldn't get an iced coffee or a sandwich...Very unusual - restaurants, especially this one, should be open for lunch.

WiFi is terrible, and you have to pay for everything, no water in the room, even a small bottle of water will charge you 6 US dollars

It was low season for Anguilla so I’m sure that had something to do with the service I received. I think we were 2 of maybe 4 guests.The service was slow and unfriendly. The bed was a little hard and the A/C had a hard time cooling the room. First world problems for sure!

A hidden gem on Shoal Bay!
Publié le 25 avr. 2024 sur HotelsWe had an amazing stay at Serenity Cottages. We did need to upgrade to a 1 bedroom to have the balcony on the beach, and it was worth it! The view was amazing, the grounds and buildings were kept spotless, and the service was excellent. It was quiet and relaxing, and could not ask for more.
