Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayMaintenance had not been a priority. Missing or burned out light bulbs and spongy steps leading to main entrance. Kitchen utensils could be freshened. Great beds and bathrooms in a nice quiet location next to Torreon amenities.

Publié le 24 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayBeds were so tall and hard as a rock no extra shower towels. No extra towels for pool no extras at all. Most places we have stayed in Torreon over past years have had small shampoo and conditioner not this cabin.

The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:-Regarding the beds, the height is standard throughout the property, except for the master bedroom which features an extra thick and comfortable mattress. While we aim to accommodate everyone's comfort preferences, we understand that mattress preferences can vary widely. We regret that the mattress did not meet your expectations, as we have not received similar feedback in the past.-Extra towels are readily available in the bathroom vanity for our guests' convenience. However, please note that we do not provide pool towels as our property does not have a pool. This information is clearly outlined in our listing for transparency.-It's important to clarify that toiletries are not advertised as part of our amenities. Nevertheless, out of hospitality, I did offer to bring shampoo and conditioner upon your request, which you declined.Thanks for letting us know about your stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and the WiFi allowed for a seamless remote work from home location. My son had a school project due where he had to photograph and write about historic places in Arizona, so we took a day and drove to Hubble trading post on the Navajo Nation, saw a traditional hogan dwelling, visited some historic homes in Taylor and Snowflake, and ended with visiting the historic La Posada hotel in Winslow, along historic Route 66. Would definitely stay again.
