The staff was great, but the property definitely needs some TLC. Our room window leaked during the rain, so do the lobby windows.

The hotel itself wasn’t bad but our room had water leaking in several spot. There was a lot of water damage throughout. The paint was multiple colors. The bathroom ceiling was literally soft. Once you get in the rooms it’s very outdated. The casino is understaffed, the bar and steakhouse are closed down, the buffet is very limited especially for the cost.

There were roaches, only one chair in a room for four, no table so we had to eat sitting on the bed, no microwave to warm up our food, the lighting was very dim and poorly placed, and the room would not get cool no matter how low you turned the thermostat. I expected much more in a room we paid so much for.

Mostly pleased, Yep enjoyable time
Like I already mentioned, bed covering had rips in it. And out of 4 pillow cases 2 had what looked like black marker earlier I had just said stained but after a closer look, pretty sure it was black marker stains in short line. At for me neither really a problem, however thought the feedback might help as others may not stay there again

This hotel stands out as the cleanest and most comfortable among its surrounding counterparts. Their showers are renowned for their exceptional quality. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing a refreshing experience. I will definitely be returning soon. I highly recommend this hotel over its more expensive counterparts. Additionally, they offer a variety of restaurant options to suit different tastes.

Nightmare happened to us. A man had a key to our room. My Hisband told him he had the wrong room.i opened my eyes to a cop at the foot of my bed with his hand on his revolver!! They took my iPhone to the front dest(5 floors down) to show receipt. I had medical procedures & needed early check in to lay down. Lost my king room & had to pay $25 more for early check in. Never been treated like this! We will never be back!

Avoid, needs a lot of work and management
Burn holes in bedding, weed smokers next door woke me at 1am, on non smoking floor, 50% restaurants closed, 33% of casino closed, door wouldn’t shut, 6 tv channels, mirror broke, toilet repaired w epoxy If the Super 8 had a bingo hall, this would be a comparison
